i have fixed the problem horay i'll write what you have to do. Ok first go to Control Panel in windows. Secound type in windows updates and there shoud be something saying windows update, just click on it. When you get to that point just update everything and it should have an update for everything that needs to be updated on your computer>

SOLUTION
Okay so this worked for me but I'm pretty sure it'll solve your problem.
1. Right click on desktop and select properties
2. Go to the settings tab
3. Select "Advanced"
4. Go to the troubleshooting tab
5. Slide the slider all the way to "full"
6. Press "Ok"

You should be all set.
