Corki by far. Ashe and Corki are considered to be the best AD carries in the game, but I find Corki more fun to play, and his kit is just great.

Cait, Cait can harras/farm her way to a high end gear state quick and easily, he base range is better than that of tristana at early levels and she seems to overall do much more damage with her passive.
