What is your opinion of hextech gunblade on pantheon as a first item?

It gives you attack damage which boosts your spear shot and HSS but it also has ap which boosts your aegis of zeonia and your grand skyfall tremendously?

It also doesn't drop off if you die. You have life steal for auto-attacking if you need it, and you have the wonderful spell vamp which is phenomenal any and all of your skills. Plus it has the bonus 300 damage on it's active and it can slow the opponent.

Not only that but with the spell vamp you can farm up just 1 bloodthirsters and with a rank 5 spear shot you can heal yourself for roughly 112 every couple seconds and that's at level 10 with a fully farmed bloodthirster which won't happen much so it will usually be higher because of panth's base damage.

Not only that but with HSS this will HEAL for massive amounts if you use it to farm creep waves or to kill a champion.

Let me know what your thoughts are or if you've tried this.

Stop at Bilgewater Cutlass.

Spellvamp on Pantheon is a bit of a joke, that's not a selling feature. If anything ,it would be the long range slow. But Bilgewater Cutlass has that too, so stop there.

Too expensive for the small benefits it gives Pantheon. If you are fed (lol...) then there are better items for you to buy. If you need the health regen, just get bloodthirsters.

in normal games (or any game where you aren't completely zoned and the enemy lacks hard CC) try building 5 hextechs. 1 hextech is pretty pointless, the vamp on it for the super high cost of the item. But when you have 5, the spell vamps are not unique passives so it allows you to troll people like a boss.

3 champs turtling under a turret? Ult, spear, aegis, HSS, season to taste. trip kill and you still have 100% hp.
