Strength of Spirit on manaless champions?

Does it count anything even if it seem to not scale with manaless champions?

It would be interesting to see at least some kind of effect from it, i don't want to dump my mastery points into the dodge so i can go down the defense tree. =(

I don't believe it does...

but the dodge masteries + nimbleness are VERY useful... try it out
