When this item came out, the forums got flooded with posts about how inefficient this item is compared to DFG. Morello said he'd look into it, and we haven't heard anything since then.

Just slap some minor spell vamp onto it for its completed form and it'll be just fine.

Morello's nerftastic time got it's cdr upped by 5 two weeks after it released.

Give it a bit more AP and MP5. My Lux would thank you.

It was buffed. Just not by that much.

i use it over DFG because of the extra 5% cdr. I personally love it, use it as a core item on many champions (specially support since they don't need the use efffect on DFG)

Needs a hair more AP and MP5.
