KOG'MAW BUFFS!!

It has been so long since I mained Kog, I really hope these buffs are enough to make him a contender again. His Q rework makes me so happy, it was so useless before with his heavy reliance on Bloodrazor and Magic damage overall, I'm glad he's no longer "on the fence" and can finally dedicate himself 100% to Magic damage.

I'm happy for all these, actually. None really unnecessary, all are pretty good. The ali nerfs are iffy, but that's it.
