Punish all the racist, jerks, afkers, feeders, trollers, and the such! Punish them all!

Though we really need an option to punish those that abuse the report system against innocent players. I've seen 4 man pre mades do all the bad things I listed than all report the solo queu even though he didn't do anything wrong.

I'm getting the same problem as yesterday. I only have one case there, it has no information except the reports, skipping it takes me back to it, passing judgement takes me back to it too.
