Even with the goal of having universal champs for new people, players get enough practice to play decently reasonably fast. I find One of the main things limiting new accounts is the lack of ip to try expensive champs and not wanting to commit rp to a champ they never tried before. Would be nice if maybe half the list consisted of the 6300 champs like bliz karth aniva etc.

But yah I really like this week vayne,chogath,kennen,amumu,annie, and I own mundo, nasus and zilean so I am not complaning.
It is funny to see how bad people are with these champions. Free kills for me :]

I totally understand wanting to have recommended champs in the rotation and cheap ones (coughAshecough) but wow, enough is enough. TBH, even at her low price, it drives away incentive to buy her when she's free every other week.

Agreed, I would like to see some new faces in the lineup. Not even the expensive heroes, just something new.
