The tribunal is a great idea, peer judgement is a win win for all sides.

However I think it would be a great idea to create a mobile app for smart phones. I believe that you will see ally more participation.

My personal example:

I run the tribunal if the servers are down, I don't have time for a game, or I'm waiting for a friend to finish. Otherwise I'm feeding the addiction and perfecting those last hit tactics with a new champion (Kog'Maw is my current project).

Give me a mobile app and I will get to smite those who deserve smiting on my free time away from the computer.

At least you can get in. I'm level 30 and it still says I'm not level 30...

Pretty sure you can access the tribunal with any phone that has a functional browser, no?

You can access it and make it work, but everyone loves specialized apps. They load faster and are designed to work with your device.

I've done one case on my iPhone, and I won't do another, scrolling to read chat logs was annoying and load times were pretty slow.

I'm personally hoping that the guy who wrote the LoL Library app will add some sort of front-end to it.
