I believe this is a great idea.Vote on your 10~+ cases once done you can review the current pardon/punish rate of your reviewed case('s) each time or after you've voted.

It would show a player if he is doing his job well or if he isn't and he needs to improve if he desired his reward.It would promote players to vote more appropriately when judging a minor offense or an obvious troll

Any sort of post-vote feedback would be nice. It would have to be after the cases close though, so it can give you the final numbers. Which means that it wouldn't be immediate.

I like it. It would just be like a poll because I'm always curious if I made the correct judgement or not. SO I SUPPORT this idea.

Or it would at least tell you on what issues the community is wrong. on. XP
