Whenever I skip the "Dark Vengeful" case, I get the same case over and over again.

I skip it because I get the case looking like this:

Is anyone else getting this problem? If so, did/how did you fix it?

I sometimes get this issue. I click "I'm done for now" and reload the tribunal system to help clear the case. Sometimes it still gives me the "stuck" case again but only once, then it gives me a new case. If that doesn't work - try logging completely out of the League of Legends website and back in again.
