is eve still strong now? i barely see anyone use her anymore. and which is a better build? AP or AD?

both have always been viable. AD requires to be carreid early game, thats why so many jungle. AP also good it just the dmg caps out after that dc and linch.
which is better? well depends on what your team needs. imo both are high nuking squishy. For some its just play style
