You see..


Last year he was an April Fool's joke. People thought he would actually be implemented.



Now 99% of this forum knows who Urf is and assumes that Riot is simply regurgitating the same joke onto the new players; when he likely WILL be implemented

Which will be a joke on the nay-sayers.
