Well after having problems with LoL running even after reinstalling I have decided to run CCleaner, but I want to know what exactly this deletes, like will it delete pictures, videos, other games, not played in awhile?

no

CCcleaner only deletes internet temp files. You might lose flash saves, but it won't affect LoL since the files like photos aren't stored in those folders.
