In reviewing these cases there are a lot of times when they are guilty of things other than what they have been reported for, and even then it is subject to how everyone else is being...

I'm having a hard time giving them a P or P when the guy is a ****, but technically he wasn't feeding on purpose because his team was allowing him to die while saying they will report him... or AFKing when he technically was there and being harassed by his team for not building a certain way... While he is guilty of being a flaming ******bag... that wasn't what he was reported for... =/... what do?

I find a lot of people are lazy, and just click report then randomly click on a reason. I wish they put more effort into reporting because it makes me very inclined to simply pardon them.
