i clicked on it and when it did it took me to another tab and says that there was a link error....how can i fix this????

My client is bugged always saying server is down, i try to get the new installer but both that link and the download link are bugged. Sad because i love this game and want to play. If anyone has a fix please let me know.

im in japan. why i cant install the game or download it? theres a problem? if i download the installer after i download it. the game can`t install and download?.. why?
