Oh, they can be pleased...they ARE finicky, but this really is a bad sale:

1 champ who's tied for the title of "most worthless" in the game.
1 champ who badly needs a rework (Kassadin)
1 champ who only takes about 2-3 (or less if you have a lot of time on your hands) to save up for.

Couple this with the fact that the 3 most popular/hoped for sale champions were far out of line with this week's sale: http://www.leagueoflegends.com/board...d.php?t=827281

and it's not hard to understand why everyone is a bit "meh" about it.
