So my traditional build for J4 has been Merc Treads, Triforce, Randuin's Omen, a Life Steal item (normally Bloodthirster), a crit item (either Ghostblade or Atmas), and a MR item (either Banshee or the Maw). And this has served me well for quite sometime. But now I'm looking for something more with the S3 and all.

So I've been tinkering around with giving up Randuin's Omen for a Sunfire Cape (it's basically a more offensive armor item where as Randuin's is more defensive), replace the crit item with Black Cleaver, and dump the MR item for the Runic Bulwark since it gives both armor and MR. My question is, would this be viable on him or would my older build be better?

And lastly, since I normally take a Philostone to start with, I've toyed around with taking a Spirit Stone instead, building eventually into the Spirit of the Elder Lizard (replacing both the Philostone and BC), since it gives me the health and mana regen I want, and while I give up a bit of health and ArPen from the BC, I do get better minion clearing and the True Damage DOT. So would the Spirit or the BC be better for Jarvan?
