Alternate offline event disconnection rule:
Referee’s delay: If there is a player disconnection at an offline tournament (i.e. LAN), then a referee may make a determination to order both teams to (A) return to their bases or (B) remain in a neutral zone until the disconnected player(s) return to the game. If teams are allowed to remain in a neutral zone, then they may farm any minions or jungle creeps (except dragon or Baron Nashor). It will be the referee’s determination as to when the players can resume normal play, but as a guideline play should not be delayed for more than 3 minutes.
