Is Tiamat good on him now? Do you forsake Merc boots in favor of tenacity on Zephyr? Is it better off in the jungle now or to stay in top lane?

the new tiamat is kinda meh, if the active didnt stop you itd be good, i think pd would be mandatory cause of unit collision and how big sion is

110% AoE heal OP son (With his ult activated, Sion's biggest problem is getting kited or bursted down. He regenerates more health than Mundo when he clears a minion wave)


You can either Jungle or Lane, but if jungle, then do NOT make Wriggle's. Just keep the Hunter's Machete until it's time to sell it.

Why no wriggles?

Out of curiousity i tried him in the jungle. He clears VERY slowly, but he ends up lvl 4, about half health, with no leash. (leashes are dead, but you know what i mean. damage)

Not really worth jungling imho, hit level 5 around 5:45 (JUST clearing, no time in lanes)

top lane he's destroyed due to negative sustain

Wriggles is great. Lets you solo Drag once you have it and lvl 6, and you can't turn down a free ward.


honestly i wouldn't try him in ranked if i were you.

You can use him top lane but it would be VERY situational. I'd only pick him if you were at least 3rd pick and the other team already picked a top that wasn't a "counter" to him and/or didn't have a bunch of harass so you could build up your health. Maybe start with the crystal water thingy that has 3 charges of health and mana and a ward and a few pots.

If you're laning against someone who has a lot of skillshots then consider getting boots and 3 pots to have more speed to dodge them. The main point of laning with Sion isn't necessarily to WIN your lane more as it is to NOT LOSE and to get a good farm up so you can get tanky, get some AD and then show Darius how to REALLY split skulls with an axe.
