So, as you see from the title, when you enter the selection process, before you pick champions, runes, and masteries, you cannot see what your other teammates have picked(or anything for that matter). Of course, once you've selected a champion, masteries, and runes, you are able to see everything again. Easy work around, but it wasn't like this before patch. Is this a bug or an intended new feature? Screen shot included below and just for clarification, that yellow is my highlighting using Paint.
