this isnt so much a bug. but when you hold ctr or shift (which happen to be my favorite vent key binds) you cant issue any new commands. this is very annoying, and holding ctr or shift dont really seem to have enough of a benefit... if any

Shift-clicks are used to issue attack-move commands and ctrl-clicks were formerly used to move the camera around. I do feel your pain though! I use ctrl as my vent hotkey as well and cry a little inside when I'm talking and miss a vital move command.
