Some of the best advice I can offer new players and old; If you are laning and feel that your not going anywhere (no kills or assists)
Do not despair!

Just continue what you are doing. Even if you have been at 0.0.0 for 5 minutes
just keep doing it. Allow the enemy team to run out of patients and make the first mistake.
Not you.

Allow your stronger lanes to pick up kills and your junglers clear out forest.
It doesn't matter if your not killing anyone as long as your doing your job.
