Been 24 hours or so. No rune, no returned IP, and no email back (automated or otherwise).

I just purchased the Master Yi skin last night. It still shows up locked when i choose Master Yi.
My riot points have been taken away but I did not received my skin.
I even see my Order history and it shows that it took away 390 RP for the skin.
But it still shows that the skin is locked.
Frickin Riot!!!

I have sent numerous emails and received no response. No trouble ticket, nothing. I am able to receive emails from riot as the RP point purchase receipt is in my email account. Please can I get some kinda response Riot.

This is iritating, if i try to play it often and got several of my friends to play and some of them buy riot points, i expect of them at least when its up to buying to be fair, i played 2 days non-stop and got from 0 - 3400 ip just to buy my self a new champion so i would get the kicks out of playing, an now they r messing with my brains, if i quit playing, and im close because of this, at least 10 of my friends will stop playing... So i ask the allmigty riot games to be more professional about our IP and RP and the shop...
