Just got a tribunal case where the guy had 6 games with reports, 4 of them for offensive language and in all 6 games the reported never said one word. Nothing ban worthy in either game. Just a random 1 or 2 reporters saying negative attitude, offensive language etc when the guy just doesn't talk.

Then pardon him? Obvious choice is obvious.

I break it down simply when I do it

Leave/AFK - Auto Ban (Read the logs and times to confirm)
Verbal Abuse - Read the Log (If EXTREME, as in racist, I will punish, other than that, no)
Feeding - Must look to K/D/AND ASSISTS, with taking into consideration items.

If you break it into those 3 groups, its easy to punish and pardon. I make my judgements based on how I play and if I would ban myself. Being that I feel leavers should be banned period (I have never and will never leave a game of my own accord, the game whoever, sees it fit to drop me every now and then). As for feeding, it has to be 100% found guilty, someone with a 2/22/13 might just be getting ganked alot, so you have to consider that also.
