I think heroes with to much utilities are always a bit to good, maybe that one is not but its a tank with a dps adding spell, a shield, fast regen, silence, aoe dmg spell, and (looks like) insane spike ult. Like fiddle who can fear, aoe rape team, aoe silence, heal.
