I think that she'll be released, like Leondidus said, in several days. Riot has been having problems with Yorrik, which i honestly have no clue why. Leona, I.M.H.O, will be well worth the wait. Just save up some extra IP in the mean time.

Sounds like riot needs more manpower to help out

It was supposed to be released in this patch, therefore the standard patch preview + spotlight + a new champion approaches.

However, unforeseen circumstances happened forcing them to drop her from the patch. And disable Yorick too...
