Wow... so you delay the new Season (which many of us wanted badly) and then announce that you'll only be giving a soft-reset of players Elo Ratings? (rather than everyone starting at the same level again like 1200, they start at higher Elo ratings if they had more points).

And no announcement as to improvements to the Elo Rating System? This is basically going to trigger the same complaints as before where you have such a massive range of skill within the 1100-1300 range and it'll just make it a big clusterf*** like it was before...
