If a mushrooms pops in the forest but no one is there to finish it off, does that damage matter?

if a mushroom pops in the middle of the forest and you are missing a chunk of your hp, because face it. people run around half or less hp when they think they are safe. yes. the damage matters.

a teemo that shrooms well is one that will gets loads of kills/assists.

On HOTSHOTGG's stream, I saw what he built on teemo and it was pretty op, I made a guide out of it and I tried it a few times, never lost a game with this guide.

AP Teemo with a hurricane is the way to go.

Aoe poison dots, team fights go really well.
