Simply enough get:

5 Sunfire Capes and Sorcerer Boots- gg.

- Magic Damage destroys opponents and they can't even see where it's coming from.

Shen- Master of LoL IMO

Items:

Dorans Shield- early
Ninja Tabi- Ofcourse
Wardens Mail
Thorn Mail- Owns Rediculously (Not the right name probably)
Warmogs
Atmas Impaler

Later sell the Dorans Shield and get a sunfire cape to add some fire to the battle. lol


As for masteries 4-26-0 Make sure you get the dmg reduction.

My runes are scattered. 2 Health quintessences and one Armor Penetration. The Marks are all Armor Pen, Glyps are Attack Speed, and yellows are Critical strike.

Kind of a scattered build but I usually never fail (84% Winning ratio :-D)
