Let's be honest, you can unlock all the 450 champs in 2-3 days with ip. Still, a sale is still a sale so its a good thing.

What would really amuse me is if Riot sold one of the 450 champs for 1 rp. Everyone with no rp on their account would have to buy 5 dollars worth to get the deal so I think they could actually make some money out of it. Probably more than this will net them.
