Hmm...500k players on at the same time?

I think that is basically Runescape's highest during peak weekend times...and that game has been growing for over a decade...

...the explosive growth of this game is quite impressive. I bet the referral system helped out greatly as well....I know I have gotten many people into LoL myself, and I know others that use the referral system a lot more than me.

Congratz Riot. The success is well deserved.

I'm thinking they might be releasing magma chamber and spectating system and the stuff of the sort with season 2! Love the post by the way.

I'm really wondering, why there is so much growing of user numbers and expansions all over the world, but there is still no official client for Mac OS X.
Can you tell me the reason for that?

Football for example. I can go play on the street and still say i played football, but there is more to football then just playing on the street. I would have to buy pads and play for a real team if i wanted to get the most out of it.
