new builds is the essence of a new character. If they wanted another cirt based champion they should have just made one instead of *******izing tryndamere and making his crits be a crutch. Losing his innate 15% consistent crit was okay, 25% at level 1 with only light runes was a bit much, but the swap of passive is a slap in the face. Riot knows this, which is why they're crawling into themselves

No tryndamere player likes this change. When they gutted eve everybody hated the changes but they accepted it because the reasons made sense. Tryndamere's rework is nothing but a net set of nerfs and his "consistent damage" only comes from the animation reworks which they should have done and did nothing but those to begin with.

Tryndamere is the soup given before the main course that has a long strand of hair in it. The waiter which is riot instead of bringing another bowl instead says that the hair adds flavor and then leaves for the rest of the meal, not even bothering to refill the drinks.

LoL, I just realized that me and the original poster are kinda saying the same thing. Sorry for the pointless debate. I would run 20%crit from runes/masteries still even with changes so you can crit nearly twice as often as you did before.

Except they didn't buff his laning. He's a horrible duel laner and as a solo laner he has no ability to harass. Your pokes are weak in the laning phase, your killing potential in the laning phase is weak and your ability to commit to ganks are also weak.

Your healing is the only thing that got buffed as it now allows you to hide by your turret every 3 seconds after being pushed out of your lane after ever, single, last hit and heal once for a sub par amount, waiting for the cooldown to reset, and then repeating for as many minutes as it takes to be safe from an early game ignite/burst combo. Meanwhile your farm is failing, your lane is being pushed, and your jungler is being forced to babysit you so that their jungler doesn't dive you before you hit level 6.

These buffs man, let me tell you.

The other thing that sucks alot is that you have to cash in your rage to heal, if you dont have crit runes/masteries/items say goodbye to your crit chance. All for a weak ass heal? That is bad.

Riot effectively turned Tryndamere into the worst champion in the game with these changes. People can say they're doing well with him but it's possible to do so much better with other champs.

Maybe when Phreak demonstrates his "HUGE DAMAGE" in the spotlight we can all point and laugh at how it's just another Blitzcrank spotlight featuring Tryndamere.

The few that are saying that they have done well, when looked at, have a consistent score of feeding in every game. That's doing awesome, man.
