Um...

The only time LB can do well, is if she is in a lane that is so freaking stupid they LET her get fed. At that point if she stays fed, she can just keep ganking and hope your team stays alive long enough to push, cause she sure as hell can't push.

I once had a LB on my team go 47/7...and we still lost end game cause she lost all her stacks...because she couldn't one shot people anymore thanks to MR.

Personally - I think Poppy and Morde, of all chars, make far better 1v1 anti carry types. Poppy - god mode, and Morde - tanky AP burster. LB? Single target, short range skills. Her skill shot is the only long range spell she has and it's quite hard to land and HOLD without getting yourself killed.

I think a good idea for a buff is make the snare instant, or change it to a stun.

Leb's skills should have more range, and she should do more damage overall late game.

she is fine. She is just like urgot her job is to shut down her lane.

She has point and click abilities that can kill people very easily. She is very effective when it comes to 1v1. But buffing her wouldn't do anything. It would just make her early game even stronger. A rework would have to be required, since she can't attack multiple champs. She isn't good in teamfights, but excels at shutting champs down mid game.

Urgot has so much more range and survivability than Leblanc.

So, why ask for a buff instead of a rework? Seems like she's fairly op early game with ridiculous burst damage and silence. Given she falls off mid game and dies late game, so get a rework done as opposed to a buff. If she gets an ap ratio buff, she'll be unstoppable from being a killing machine early game. Its rather improbable to come up with a realistic 'buff' alone.

She's nothing like Urgot. Urgot has ridiculous range and autotarget spells which have 0 cd and ridiculous range.

She has...almost melee range targeted spells, long cooldowns, and doesn't reach anything endgame, whereas endgame urgot can do well no matter what because he has a natural armor pen, a tanky build on him with just mana mune makes him a hard hitter, etc. LB? MUST build pure AP, or become completely worthless.
