How do you get into one of these things? Last time I saw there were signups then it was full within less than an hour... I'd love to have a shot at one of these with my friends.

Hopefully, they have some preliminary rounds next time to determine the BEST 64 teams. The first two stages were jokes, the top teams just went through and stomped them.

Hell like what 15 teams ended up forfeiting the first round?

You wont be in the next tournament. They had a whooping 64 teams in this one, and some of them received advance notice from Riot. This tournament format is a joke.
