First of all, I think we can all agree that turret damage is ridiculously underpowered in many situations of the game. In my opinion LoL needs a more organized discussion of turrets, theory and numbers!

So lets all begin by thinking of the particular role turrets are supposed to have in this game.

Are they stronger in the beginning of the game and relatively weak late-game to serve game-time purposes?

How can Turrets be fixed?
example: Damage increasing at times of game? 5-10-15-20-25 etc.
example: %hp taken off by turrets and time progressed +armor/magicpen

I want to know two things here...

1. Is there a problem with turret damage?
2. How can Riot fix the problem!

As this discussion progresses Ill be posting a thread on the Test Forums

I think turret damage is fine.
The only time turrets become useless is late game when you have things like Cho with a trillion HP, but come on - are we going to buff minions too? And neutrals? A scaling baron would make me upset.

If anything should be done about turrets, I think it should be the addition of critical hits ... .. .. . lol

I believe baron does scale?

Also turrets dont usually bug out... Its the last hit system

Does it? I've never bothered to pay close attention, but I do know that I can nearly solo him end-game, whereas upon just hitting level 18 it usually takes two or three people, and a long time at that.

Really people.... In any High ELO game the turrets dont do anything but meatshield the nexus...

Said it before, and I'll say it again.

Give us a system like in Demigod that lets us buy reinforcements for towers, let us buy more creeps per wave, and let us increase our nexus armor and HP.

I say that turrets should scale with either the average level of the opposing team, or the mean/median ATK damage. They are SERIOUSLY too weak end game. Get one team gank, and the turrets are gone in a long game.

And while they're at it, could we get Oak aswell?
