Which one is Riot going to balance for? SR or Dominion?

Because Riot can't balance champions for 2 maps.

Already says in almost every article that they're balancing Dominion through the shop having new/different items to specifically help each role have a smooth transition into a new playstyle.

You do realize it's entirely possible to have a different set of stats/items based on map?
