Highly doubt it, since that would require a lot of reworking on their current AI system. Maybe eventually but I don't see that being a feature on release.

This. Hell, even the new AI on SR is fairly weak - they lane very poorly, and don't even bother pushing.

They do push lanes on summoners although not always very well but given that there isn't an ai mode for Twisted I strongly suspect there won't be one for Dominion on release if ever.
