Why has no one said poppy? Great 1v1 champ, great MS buff. From the looks of it you get 3 gold every sec, so his biggest problem, farming, is not a problem.

Except she also relies on choke points for stuns, and it appears that dominion will be more open then SR.

Kogmaw.....interrupting flag capping from a a mile away. Sounds strong to me.
