So is fortify going away during dominion. Also, how is fog of war going to work? or maybe you can only see areas you control?

The outer circle is always visible but the inner jungle has fog.

I want an answer on this. Fortify is one of my favorite summoner abilities and is vastly underused as it is. I want a unique way of using fort in dominion, I dont want to build ignite +exhaust/blink/ghost, like 90% of the players on this game.

they are removing fortify in dominion (as well as teleport). In there places, they are giving us promote and garrison. garrison is the dominion equivalent of fortify. it allows you to buff a friendly tower or nerf a hostile tower. hope this answers your question.
