I don't know what this is even called but this started happening with the latest patch. It haven't gotten this before on this application but either way, what do I do?

I'm confused, what is the issue?

If you check out his screenshot closely, you will notice the black area on his desktop. That is where the game client should be, but instead, it has shrunk itself to the size displayed in the screenshot.

Does it happen like this the minute the game launches? Do you alt tab to a different screen while logging in, or anything like that? Or do you simply log in, and bam, the screen is shrunken?
