Can i player play league of Legend if he/she is in the Philippines? My cousins wants to play LoL.

I've heard that it's "Blocked," meaning that after you download it, it won't let you launch the client.

Maybe if you find a way to alter your IP address to say... somewhere in the US and then tried to redownload and install?

I dunno. I dunno anything about that stuff.

What Kriptini said. It's currently blocked for you guys, but some have been known to find workarounds. I wouldn't know anything about that, though. Good luck.

SEA IPs are blocked from the US servers.
a SEA server should go up eventually
untill then you would either have to play on EU, use VPN or move to a non SEA country.

I think there is no LoL server for philippines yet, but garena said they will handle SEA LoL.

SEA are getting their servers on December. Unfortunately, they are separated from LoL NA and EU.
