I disagree. I think you value his global too much when considering the devastating power of Udyr, Yorick, Lee, and GP in lane, and there utility in team fights.

But Shen has utility in teamfights, too, doesn't he? His taunt and his life tap help keep the rest of his team alive, and he is arguably the best split pusher in the game.

The only picks I can see that aren't really supported are Yorick being as high as he is (he's excellent, but too easily hardcountered in lane by the likes of Trundle, Nasus, Trynd, and Cho'gath) and Fizz/Poppy being on the tier list at all.

It seems as though its a misguided attempt to blend two categories of champion based on lane matchups.

Just because something might go top lane doesn't make it a bruiser. Fizz and Poppy are some of the few truly viable hybrid/AP assassins at their very core. TankyDPS Fizz and Poppy really aren't. If you're going to include Fizz/Poppy on the list, you might as well include Kennen and Vlad.

Instead of pigeonholing yourself into making 5 lists based on lane role, make as many as you need to fit the types of champions.

He is. Would you prefer me to put him as an AD carry or a Bruiser though? I feel since he's melee, and has high survivability like a lot of bruisers do that he fits into that category best.

Vlad and Kennen are AP carries though and listed so in the AP tier list. Bruiser Fizz works. Voyboy runs it and is very successful with it. Poppy might be a bit too high but she isn't worth not listing on this list as when she has a good match up she's one of the deadliest late game champions in the game.
