stuck at 34% with error while "applying patches" on file LoL_SFX_warwick.fsb

Tried running in Admin mode and disable Peer2Peer didn't help. even un-install and reinstall LoL didn't help.

my does not get stuck but it always starts from 33% 2/2 and after its done it starts from the the same this plss help its not this the one u wrote but its annoying and i can't play

Could my problem be that I only have one rads_user_kernel file? The first attachment is a screen shot of what is available in my RADs folder. The second is a SS of the patcher being stuck.

As for what my patcher gets stuck on, it actually varies.

My most recent freezing point is at updating 33% and on the same line but to the right it says Applying Patches

Below that I have, Step 1/2 99% complete, 0:09 remaining and to the right of that it has LolClient.swf

I stuck at 33% and i am in Step 1/2. Step 1/2 is at 99% and it is at nearly Under 1MB and after that it says Applying Patchs and after that there is Yorick.Mp3 |Remaning is 00:01 or sometimes it is 00:00
After that it Gives me an Error, Failed to download or extract all required update files after Several attempts. Please ensure that you have stable internet connection, and that you have
sufficient hard disk space.
(Error: 0x1e90006) Update Failed
My download speed is 100-190 KB/s
