it may not move the number, but if you look it is going, the amount it needs to DL does go down, just the % never goes up, but if you leave it, it will download...this may have been said already...i just didn't feel like reading...lol

mine was stuck at 33% but after an hour and twenty minutes it finally jumped to 99% completed

let it run all the way down to 0MB and restarted it now its just scanning files for 10 min

hey also my patch e.t.a was also glitchy going into negative numbers and just freaking out lol

Are you sure it's actually stuck? Mine said 33% for like 10-12 minutes whilst doing other things, and then jumped to 78% or something.

I just restarted LOL and it worked.

in co-op vs ai does anyone else get like a crawling shadow in the game? its kinda jagged and crawls at a slant across the map slowly then the map is dark like a shadow

As many have said before, just restart your computer and repatch worked for me.

Yeah. I believe people are just impatient. Even though the progress reads 33% during most of the download and even though I was seeing estimated times like -45:30.... If you look at the files that are currently uploading, they are constantly changing; which means that it actually IS downloading the patch.
