I was and still am in elo hell... I started playing rank games WAYYYY before I was ready and as a result I ended with a record of 7-42...I know fail right? As I grew in knowledge, maturity, and competency I learned some little tricks about how to win games.
1. From the VERY start introduce yourself and the character you will be picking (say please)
2. If someone picks a ****ty champ don't rage
3. Go into the game with confidence and try to boost your teams confidence.
If your team has a positive attitude, your teams confidence increases and you have a better chance of winning. Unless of course someone came into the game intending to feed ie. AD Soraka or AP Trynd. Moreover, I just started playing ranked again in an attempt to even at my score before season two. My current record is 50-71, I have won 43 and lost 28... Just be confident and positive. P.S I don't want LoL's community to turn into HoN's.

To the OP, looking at your items, kills/deaths ratio, rune page, and your creep score. Not to sound rude but you are the factor why you are going deeper into ELO Hell. Usual just one guy bringing down a team, but could be more than one.

I agree completely about the attitude changes that you've mentioned. Attitude alone can win games

I usually tell everyone to stay positive no matter what.
Some people still bit** when you die.
