Charred Maokai is finally off the sales blacklist. Awesome.
His buddies, the blacklisted, will miss him. But he's going to a better place.
EDIT: Riot has got to start placing more than just one new skin on sale. My suggestion is that they should increase the amount of skins that go on sale per event.
Basically, 4 skins on sale rather than just three of them.

(?) - Riot's "Unofficial" Skin Sale Blacklist
These are the only skins that have been absent from any sales since their introduction during Season 1. Skins to be considered to be "blacklisted" have been released to the public for more than six months, and as of yet have not been featured on a sale. The reason for this is, as of yet, unknown.
