I've seen TP fizzle alot since the last patch.

I hadn't actually experienced it myself until tonight (as I hadn't been using any solo tops that used it well recently) but I was positive I didn't cancel it.

It just fizzled out after I should've been ported.

if you do accidentally cancel your TP it shouldnt reset the CD.

Yup, you'll click the minion and get the cast bar, wait, it starts to do the animation and then nothing. Just cooldown and you're standing in the same spot. It's cost me several towers when playing cho'gath and I couldn't get back to the tower when i tried teleporting.

Note I do not hit the key twice, it does not get canceled manually, and no the tower/ward does not get destroyed when I'm using it. Frustrating.

yes it happenend to me while i was playing karthus.
i was waiting to teleport from the fountain to a team fight,
Never moved my mouse, I was waiting to arrive but it never teleported me.
Tp went on cd tho.

Pretty sure you're doing it wrong.

I play tanky DPS top lanes like Galio, Singed, Chogath and run teleport almost 75% of the time. Have never had trouble with it.
