There has always been the issue of the glass cannons that like to dish out damage that they cannot take themselves. My idea is a champion whose ultimate is a reflection ability. The ability to reflect 100% of the damage dealt back at the target. This would make champions like Karthus think twice before launching his ult if it means that that 1k damage is going to be redirected back at him.

I have had this thought rattling in my brain for quite some time. But I'm not good at actually building beyond the theory. I'd love to hear some input and see this become a real champion. Any input as to why this could or could not work would be greatly appreciated.
