Not just south Americans, Oceania, and EU also who decide they want to play here too. BTW You can't a latency like that will kill the idea of that champ for them quickly. If it truly is a "Split Second Decision" champ, they will crumble.

It's funny, a friend of mine and myself were discussing what she'd be like. She said some female tank, I said some female aggressive hero, and it'd be sick as hell if she shot out shock waves with the sword, just cause it's the feel I get. Lo and behold I was right luls.

Hopefully there are some good skins for her too... the Talon skins I wasn't very impressed with.
